All memberships are month-to-month and charged automatically to the card on file. You may pause or cancel your membership at any time for any reason! Please be informed that refund request must be made via email. Requests made after the billing date cannot be processed. To ensure a smooth experience, we encourage all members to review their accounts and make any necessary inquiries prior to the billing cycle.
